2. Are the Gazebos waterproof?
Yes they are, each product from our range is treated by high-temperature carbonization and fully protected using green paint spray technology for all year round weather conditions (5 year protection).

3. What material is made from?
Natural solid Fir wood, Fir is highly suggested for outdoor use.

4. What is the recommended cleaning solution ?
Wash the wood with a sponge and soapy water to remove dust and dirt. Allow the wood to dry before proceeding and then applying linseed oil for wood.

5. How can I treat and protect the Gazebo?
The gazebos require specially formulated wood stain for outdoor wood furniture which will show the grain of the wood and give a long lasting all- weather protective finish. It resists fading, cracking or peeling from the rain, and being water based it is easy to apply, dries quickly and is not harmful to plants or animals when dry. Ensure all surfaces are sound, clean, dry and free from loose or flaking materials and grease. Fill in cracks and dents with wood filler and smooth them out with finest grade sandpaper. Treat any mould or lichen with sandpaper (finest grade) and wipe dry and begin the process of paint or spray. Allow the coat to dry, and then apply a second coat to protect the wood's surface and add shine.

We can also supply custom made cushions to accommodate your choice of gazebo, lighting and also cube speakers for the extra panache.

Constructing your Gazebo and keeping it safe

1. Why do I need a kit?
A kit and diagram is supplied with each item to assist in constructing your Gazebo.

2. How do we construct it?
Each pagoda comes with a detailed diagram and can be assembled by a skilled person. All batches in each kit are pre-assembled using precision cut and routed using detailed equipment. It requires industrial wood adhesive and it’s just a matter of positioning and bolting each component to its opposite piece. It is highly recommended that each pagoda is positioned on a sturdy concrete base, laying a concrete base requires the diameter of a pagoda and depth of 6”-9” for you to lay the concrete chaste. Our ready-to-assemble kits can assist with construction in a matter of hours using only a cordless screwdriver, 3"-4” screws & industrial wood adhesive (otherwise each kit contains relevant fixing material). In some circumstance where bulk orders are required we can organize an entire team at disposal to carry out the construction.

3. How long does the gazebo take to construct?
3-4 days as a concrete base needs to be laid before placing the gazebo.

4. Do you have a showroom?
In UK we have a selection of our items at a local garden centre and also client’s residences. In Kenya we have installed one in our very own home.

5. Can one person construct it?
No, you will require 3-4 individuals as it could take up to 3-4 days to construct.

6. Can I buy spare parts for my gazebo if it suffers weather damage?
Yes, If you require parts or sections where damage has occurred simply contact us and our advisers can assist you.

7. Are the gazebos suitable for high heels?
Yes, the wood has been tested.

8. I have a defective part on my structure, am I entitled to a free replacement?
Each pack is validated and examined before it’s sealed and shipped. If proof of defective part is indicated on the day you receive your item you must inform us instantly.

9. How do I protect and treat the Gazebos?
Spraying Method or Paint: You can use any type of hardwood stain or dark wood protector - Spraying should be performed using sprayer which can be purchased from local DIY stores or we can supply. For better results we would suggest paint treatment - spray from the top down to all sides and underneath with a heavy coat (wear safety goggles and face mask). Paint will require more attention as an extra coat is suggested, is application takes some time but provides best results.

As our company is yet to become VAT registered, at present we are only able to provide an invoice/receipt of purchase via PayPal.

Yes, depending on quantity we can offer some level of discount

6. Am I charged for the items as soon as I order them?
Payment terms will indicate 40% deposit in advance and balance to be settled prior before shipment & delivery.

8. I have lost my invoice can I request a copy?

Delivery of your Gazebo

1. If I order today will I receive my parcel tomorrow?
The Lead-time for delivery of items is 30 days after receipt of deposit. From the moment you place an order it will take 3-4 days to process the order.

2. Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
United Kingdom – We don’t delivery on public holidays. Kenya – We don’t delivery on public holidays.

3. Do you offer same day delivery?
Unfortunately we do not offer same day delivery given the lead-time for manufacturer.

4. Do I pay a delivery charge for each item?
No, prices are all inclusive.

5. Can I have goods shipped directly to a third party address?
Yes, on provision of third party details and proof of their acceptance, we can ship accordingly.

Ordering your Gazebo

1. Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, when orders are placed we will process your request within 3 days, so within that period we can make amendments.

2. How do I find out how my order is progressing?
You can contact us via email or call us for an update on your order status.

3. I contacted the Premier Pagoda sales team about my order and they are unable to find it. What should I do?
If you can provide us with the order ref number/invoice number we can track your order and keep posted. At Premier Pagoda we aim to provide the most adequate and safest service.

4. What is the returns policy?
We want you to be pleased with your purchases. We fully comply with the Distance Selling Regulations, which gives consumers buying online the right to return goods if damaged in transit /faulty or incorrect goods supplied. If you're not happy with anything you've bought for the following reasons (damaged in transit or faulty), simply let us know via email or call us direct within 60 days of receiving the item and in return you will receive a returns code and on collection we will give you a complete refund.
